摘要: | 媒體社群專業興起,產生一群專為社群媒介平台,特別是臉書(facebook)平台中的處理新聞內容的社群媒體新聞編輯(social media news editor),在台灣通常被稱為「小編」,其工作內容主要在於即時轉貼新聞、發佈公司消息和回應讀者留言。小編不管是工作型態或是新聞產業中扮演的角色,都替當前的新聞媒體帶來了新的新聞處理實踐方式及內容,多數小編在新聞媒體中,除了扮演新聞產製的角色以外,同時也扮演維繫社群、吸引新聞讀者瀏覽新聞的工作。本研究主要目的在探討在社群網絡環境下,「小編」在社群媒體新聞生產過程中扮演的角色及其新聞實踐,本研究者將小編作為一種參與式編輯,探討其工作型態及在其在台灣新聞環境下所引發的相關問題。
本研究大致歸納出幾個問題:(一)因應網路興起後產生的社群編輯,不同於傳統的新聞工作者多半以處理新聞為主,小編則是以維繫網路讀者對於新聞的討論參與度、以及針對新聞內容撰寫引言、或是摘要新聞內容呈現在社群網站的平台上為主。因此本研究首先探討小編在「理想化」狀態下的工作內容及其衝突。(二)本研究認為小編是一種在社群網路上的新的守門階級,新聞的守門過程也伴隨著社群網路時代產生變化,而因應社群媒體興起的小編在新聞議題、內容把關的守門過程和過去傳統的新聞守門過程有何不同?(三)社群新聞小編主要任務除了經營新聞社群,也透過各種方式增加內容點閱的數量,藉由這樣的互動也反映小編在社群網路上的新聞選擇是基於何種價值判斷。(四)小編在參與新聞討論時,是基於媒體在網路平台發言人立場或是讀者的立場,不同立場是否會影響新聞的風向,會讓讀者對新聞的認知產生影響?(五)小編在合併、組織新聞的過程中,混入諷刺性字眼的動機為何?
本研究使用深度訪談法進行,預定訪問10人。經過初步訪談發現,小編以點閱率及流量多寡作為新聞選擇的標準,小編的新聞選擇跟點閱率多寡有相關性,其中暖新聞、動物新聞或是車禍新聞,通常可以獲得大量的點閱率。小編的新聞實踐從新聞的選擇到對於新聞加入不同的評論,都和傳統的新聞編輯或守門有極大的差異,小編無疑是在新聞記者、傳統編輯或其他的新聞守門人之間,形成的另一個新的新聞中介角色。小編的引言實踐是新聞點閱率及流量多寡的影響因素之一,同時也暴露小編自身的新聞立場及欲帶動的新聞風向。小編身為數位時代的參與式編輯,在新聞選擇及引言實踐上都明顯呈現出傳統價值跟新價值的衝突性。
The rise of the social media, a group for the facebook platform for dealing with news content, such as social media news editor produce, its work mainly in that instant posted news, company news release and respond to reader comments. The main purpose of this study is to explore the role of social media news editor in news production and its news practice in social media.
This study summarizes a few questions:(1) Unlike the traditional journalists to deal with news-based, the rise of the social media news editor after the internet, social media news editor is to maintain the network for readers to discuss the news participation, as well as for news discussion participation, composing an introduction to news content, or abstracting the content of a news presentation on a social networking site's platform. Therefore, this study first explores the content and conflict of social media news editor in the idealized state.(2) The social media news editor on social media is a new class of gatekeepers, news topics, content gatekeepers and the traditional gatekeepers of the traditional process of the news gap?(3) The social media news editor in addition to operating news social media, but also through various ways to increase CTR, This selection is based on information which reflects value judgments. (4) In the news discussion, the social media news editor is based on the media in the community media spokesman or reader's position, news of the different positions affect the wind, leading readers to have an impact on cognitive news? (5) The social media news editor in the process of organizing news, mixed with ironic words motives?
This study used in-depth interviews to interview 10 people. Initial interviews found that social media news editor of news selection criterion is the amount of traffic and CTR, warm news, animal news or car accident news, usually get a lot of CTR. There are great differences in social media news editor of journalistic practices and traditional news editors and gatekeepers. Undoubtedly,social media news editor is a new news intermediary role. Social media news editor Introduction Practice is one of factors news CTR and the amount of traffic,also exposed the social media news editor of their own news stand and drive the news’ direction. As a participant editor in the digital age, social media news editor clearly shows the conflict between traditional value and new value in news selection and introduction practice. |
