    Abstract: 本研究為探討員工訓練與工作投入之關係,以主管支持與工作特性為干擾變數,以壽險業與銀行業員工為調查對象,共發出550份問卷,有麥回收問卷為282分,以層級迴歸分析驗證研究假設,實證結果得知,技能多樣性不會干擾員工訓練與工作投入之關係,工作重要性與主管支持會干擾員工訓練與工作投入之關係,研究結果對管理實務與未來研提供建議。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between employee training and job involvement and the moderating effect of supervisor and job characteristics. The sample was made up of full-time employees among insurance industry and banks. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The result indicated that skill variety didn’t moderate the relationship between employees’ training and job involvement. However, both of task significance and supervisor support moderated the relationship between employees’ training and job involvement. Discussion and suggestions for future research were provided.
