    Abstract: 本研究係根據工作要求-控制權模式,來探討工作要求及控制權對經理人工作適應的主要、聯合及交互效果。本研究得到下列兩項主要發現:1.工作要求對工作滿足有負向效果;工作控制權對工作績效、順從行為及工作滿足有正向效果。2.工作要求及控制權對工作績效、順從行為及工作滿足有聯合效果,且對工作滿足有負向交互效果。所以,工作要求及控制權能有效影響經理人的工作適應,但以工作控制權的效果較顯著,且對工作滿足的影響較大。同時,本研究雖能支持工作要求-控制權模式的主要效果之推論,卻未能支持其交互效果之推論。
    Based on job demands-control model, this study is to investigate the main effects, conjoint effects and interactive effects of job demands and job control on mangers’ work adjustment. The major findings of this study are presented below: 1.The job demands have negative effect on job satisfaction. The job control has positive effects on job performance, conformance behavior and job satisfaction. 2.The job demands and job control have conjoint effects on job performance, conformance behavior and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the interactive effect of job demands and job control has negative effect on job satisfaction. In summary, mangers’ work adjustment is strongly influenced by job demands and job control. The job control is the major factor of job demand and job control to affect managers’ job satisfaction. And this study can support the main effects ob job demands-control model’s statement, but can’t support the interactive effects.
