摘要:	心靈健康服務是現代人普遍的基本需求，而雲端網路也是與現代人每日息息相關的生活工具；本研究將雲端科技與心靈健康服務結合，探討創新的心靈健康服務模式。　　本研究採用質性方式進行研究，首先從文獻探討中發掘出心靈健康服務與雲端科技整合的創新服務模式之可行性，再以專家訪談及個案訪談深入了解專家的意見與個案的需求，同時參考Pim den Hertog and Rob Bilderbeek (1999) 的創新服務模式架構，發展出一個能隨時隨地提供心靈健康服務的平台。　　研究結果顯示，將雲端科技運用於心靈健康服務理論上有其可行性，而以「雲端共禱」為創新服務核心概念亦有其可行性與需求性的。心靈健康的創新服務模式可提供即時、持續、正向、支持的心靈健康保養，同時集結眾人的力量，建構雲端的社會支持系統，此一創新的服務模式若能成就，便能擴大心靈健康服務的範圍，從治療轉向預防，促進心靈富足，積極建設心靈健康的生活新型態。 Mental health services are essential to modern people and a cloud network is also a tool closely related to our daily lives. The present study integrates cloud technology and mental health services to explore the service model for innovative mental health. 　　The study adopts a qualitative approach to conduct research. Firstly, investigate the feasibility of the innovative service model of integrating mental health services and cloud technology from documentation. Afterwards, the study performed expert and case interviews to further understand experts' opinions and the needs of each different case. Pim den Hertog and Rob Bilderbeek's (1999) innovative service mode architecture is also referenced in this study, showing a platform that provides mental health services anytime and anywhere is developed. 　　The research results indicate that it is feasible to apply cloud technology into the practice of mental health service and "cloud prayer" is the critical concept of innovative service and its feasibility and necessity are both undeniable. The innovative service model for the healthy mind can provide immediate, prolonged, positive and supportive mental health care. Meanwhile, with the power gathered from everyone, the social supporting system based on cloud network can thus be constructed. If this innovative service model can succeed, the service scope for mental health care can be expanded, ranging from treatment to prevention, so as to actively promote spiritual health and build a healthy new lifestyle.
