Abstract:	自1995年以來知識投資、IT產業乃至於總要素生產力之提昇已成為美國及工業先進國家經濟發展之原動力。因此，本文擬針對台灣知識投資、IT產業、貿易餘額及總要素生產力之相互關聯及其對台灣經濟發展之貢獻等詳加探討。根據行政院經濟建設委員會報告顯示，總要素生產力之成長在台灣未來經濟成長中將扮演重要的角色，而知識投資將是促使總要素生產力成長最主要的動力。根據本文所建構之台灣總要素生產力迴歸模型實證結果顯示，IT產值、知識投資／GDP及貿易餘額等係影響總要素生產力之正向因素，而IT產值、知識投資／GDP等更是顯著之影響因素。 Since 1995, knowledge investment and IT industry have become the import forces that drive the U.S.A. and industrial countries productivity and economy to grow. This study will inspect the relationship among the knowledge investment, IT industry, net exports and total factor productivity in Taiwan.According to the empirical results of regression model, the knowledge investment, IT industry, net exports and total factor productivity have positive relationships and the knowledge investment and IT industry are significant effects of total factor productivity.
