    Abstract: 本論文提出一個植基於新一代系統整合技術-網路服務,且具備機動部署用電監測點能力之電力監測架構,可解決現存電能管理系統架構缺乏彈性及具有資訊整合缺失的問題。具體而言,我們設計一個電力監測伺服器作為本架構運作的核心,其可用來監測、紀錄、顯示與管理負載之用電資料,亦可主動偵測出負載用電超過臨界值的情況,並即時以電子郵件及手機簡訊通知用電管理人員。此外,我們開發了可用於監測配電箱與一般設備的兩種可攜式電力監測器,以及一個簡易的軟體機制,使得用電監測點的部署工作變得很容易。最後,我們利用物件導向技術建構了一個電力監測系統,並實際應用於中正理工學院的用電監測,驗證了本架構的效能。相信本架構可以為電力需求端管理提供一個機動電力監測的有效解決方案。
    This paper proposes a Web-Service-based power monitoring architecture with mobile deployment capability. It can resolve the problems of architecture inflexibility and information-integration shortcomings for existing power management systems. Specifically, we design a power monitoring server (PMS) to serve as the operation core of the proposed architecture. PMS is able to monitor, record, display, and mange loads’ power consumption. It can also actively detect the condition that a load’s power is over the preset threshold and then promptly sends warning messages to the power-management personnel through e-mails and mobile phone short messages. In addition, we develop a simple software mechanism and two types of portable power monitoring devices, one for power distribution box and one for equipment, such that the task of deploying power monitoring points becomes easy. Finally, we adopt object-oriented technologies to construct a power monitoring system and apply it to monitor the power consumption of Chung Cheng Institute of Technology. The testing results validate the effectiveness of the proposed architecture. It is believed that the proposed architecture can provide the demand side management with an effective solution to mobile power monitoring.
