    Abstract: 本文為建立非織物吸水性自動測試系統之研究,係整合負荷感應元件、通訊界面、個人電腦與測試樣本臺,自行設計出一種非織物吸水性自動測試系統,其可將感測器所測出重量之類比信號,經由類比╱數位轉換器轉為數位訊號後,即時傳輸至個人電腦中,再運用系統軟體將之轉換成吸水量及吸水速率等統計值。經此非織物吸水評估系統所收集之資料可下載至Excel、Lotus、Grapher、Statgraph、Mathematica等套裝軟體,並可繪製成自行所需之統計圖表,以利統計資料之儲存、分析與再運用,經由多次之實驗結果顯示本系統之精確度、功能性與再現性均較CNS、ASTM、EDANA與INDA測試標準中之評估方法為佳。
    The objective of this research is to integrated load cell sensor, communication interface, personal computer and sample table as the water absorption automatic measuring system for Nonwoven fabrics. The system could get the analog signal of weight from the load cell sensor and go through the analog/digital converter to convert the analog data as the digital data. Then transfer personal computer to calculate the water absorption rate and speed of Nonwoven by proposed system software. The data could be downloaded to the various application software, such as Excel, Lotus, Grapher, Statgraph, Mathematica software and to present the statistical figure and table, which can be used as numerical analysis and data storage. The results shown that the proposed water absorption automatic measuring system has more reliability, functionality, accurate than the CNS, ASTM and INDA standards.
