本文探討由嫘縈與聚丙烯混紡之熱軋不織布,經過不同溫度及時間熱壓後,探討 其應用於噴墨印表紙列印的效果。結果顯示在130℃之溫度下熱壓後,所得之樣布挺性較差, 而150℃之溫度下熱壓後之挺性最佳,但在此高溫下聚丙烯會有小部份熔化而呈半透明之情 形。綜合效果則以在140℃熱壓後之樣布為最佳。
This article discusses about the print effect of heat-pressed nonwoven paper made of Rayon and Polypropylene under different temperature and time. According to the hardness of the nonwoven heat-pressed under 130℃ is worse, and it will be better under 150℃, but we can find that there is a little bit lucid and melt happen. And the hardness is best under 140℃; so it come to a concussion that the higher temperature and the longer time, we can get the better hardness.
