    Abstract: 本文主要以尼龍熔噴不織布及尼龍和聚酯短纖維經針軋過程加以複合,探討複 合後不織布物性的影響。由實驗與數據可知,尼龍熔噴不織布加短纖複合後,經針軋工程 強化後,確實增加強度,在原料方面,以尼龍和尼龍熔噴不織布複合時具有最佳抗拉強度 、撕裂強度及破裂強度,而且隨著聚酯纖維混合,不織布強度物理性質有下降趨勢,但在 透氣度上則有顯著增加。
    The Nylon meltblown nonwoven composited with Nylon and PET staple fibers was manufactured by the needle punching process. The experimental results, show that the Nylon meltblown nonwoven preneedled has the density of around 60 needles/cm□. The Nylon meltblown composited with Nylon staple fiber has good results in breaking strength, tearing strength & bursting strenth respectively. The physical properties decreases with increasing PET fiber, but the Air Permeability significantly increases.
