本文之植生帶係以嫘縈纖維為原料,經開棉、梳棉、撒播草籽、PVA樹脂黏合、烘乾等步驟製成薄層狀之實驗樣本然後探討改變PVA樹脂濃度對植生帶的分解性、物性、及發芽率的影響。實驗結果顯示,隨PVA樹脂濃度的升高,樣本強度會增加但分解的情形變慢,且透氣度、保水率及發芽率會隨之下降。綜合各測量產下植生帶製作的最佳條件為樹脂濃度3%。
In this study the plant-carpet is taking rayon fiber as material, according to the process of opening, carding, inseminate, PVA bonding, drying and make a thin-Stratton sample. Then, discussing the change of PVA consistence with the effect of plant-carpet's decomposition, physical properties and germination. The result revealed that when PVA consistence exalting, the sample's intensity increasing. But the decomposition become slow and the decreasing of air permeability, water absorption and germination. In conclusion, the best condition of making the plant-carp is 3% in bonding.
