    摘要: 本研究係以聚酯纖維15丹尼為原料,將其置入模具後施以熱定型製成纖維集合體 ,經浸泡不同濃度之醋酸,乾燥後再予以熱裂解處理,製成實驗樣本。經實驗結果顯示,加 入醋酸能夠大幅縮短熱裂解時間,而且含醋酸濃度越高的聚酯纖維集合體,其所需要的熱裂 解時間越短,醋酸處理過的樣本比未處理過的保水效果較佳。
    In this paper, the polyester staple with the fineness 15D was used. Put fibers into the model to product fiber group by heat setting. To make the sample is dip the fiber group into different concentration acetate acid, then make it drying and thermal degradation. In the experiment result, it can decrease thermal degradation time with acetate acid. The polyester fiber group has more concentration acetate acid, it needs less time for thermal degradation. The sample treated with acetate acid is better than the sample untreated in conserve water capacity.
