臺灣漫長的嚴暑中經常因颱風等天災所引起的強風暴雨對某些作物栽培有不良的 影響,因此本研究以具有多孔、保溫、透氣及透光等多重特性之聚酯紡黏式不織布作為溫室 用被覆材,其目的主要在探討被覆角度的改變對防雨性的影響與溫室被覆材經撥水劑處理後 的防雨效果。結果顯示不織布被覆材經撥水劑處理後,其斷裂強度、透氣性與透光性雖有稍 微降低的情形,但防雨效果卻大幅度提高近 3 成。
Rainfall from storms, typhoons and other severe weather usually have serious effects on crops and agricultural produce. This research focus on the physical properties of polyester spunbond nonwoven fabric as greenhouse covering material, discuss the effects of rain resistance and other properties after changes in covering angle of the material and with application of water repellent agents. The experimental results indicate that after the water repellent agents were applied to the nonwoven fabric, the tensile breaking strength, air permeability and light penetrating rate properties slightly decrease but the rain resistance increases to almost 30% of the untreated material.
