本研究以聚酯纖維與不鏽鋼纖維為原料,經不同的比例混合梳理成網,再用針軋 的方式賦予強力,做成抗靜電針軋不纖布。探討混合比的不同及預軋密度的改變對其電阻值 大小、抗靜電效果、撕裂強度變化、抗拉強度變化、透氣度變化及柔軟度變化。結果顯示不 鏽鋼纖維含量無論在1%、5%或10%時,預軋密度為50∼70needle/cm�揹氶A不織布具有最佳的 基本物性。
In this investigation, the various ratios of polyester fiber and stainless steel fiber were mixed to card as web which were continuously made in to static electricity resistance non-woven by needle punching. Then, these non-woven were examined using resistance, resist static electricity, tearing strength, breaking strength, air permeability and fabric softness. The results indicate that the more the stainless steel fiber were added, the lower the value of static electricity resistance were found. Meanwhile, resistance, tearing strength, breaking strength, air permeability and fabric softness of non-woven were decreased; but the less effect on the physical properties of the were found as the condition of condition of needling density located on between 50 needle/cm and 70 needle/cm.
