摘要: | 本文係以廢椰纖為原料,經過樹脂含浸、乾燥及熱烘成形等步驟,製成替代育蘭 用蛇木板之樣本。進而探討密度的改變對於椰纖板之成形性、保水性之影響,結果顯示椰纖 板之保水性、成形性等性質皆優於蛇木板,因此以椰纖板替代育蘭用蛇木板之可行性極高。
This article attempt to use recycled coconut fiber as material. Trying to produce the sample in plate form to replace the arboricultural plate by snake- wood. We produce the plate by coconut fiber under the process of coconut fiber opening, resin coating, drying, forming. Further more, having a discussion of the influences between density changing, formation and the water capacity of samples. The result of this research shows that the plate by coconut fiber has some advantages than snake-wood's plate. So the replacement is highly feasible. |
