    Abstract: 本文係採用聚酯纖維與尼龍纖維混紡之熱壓不織布,藉由兩者之間不同的混紡比 ,再配合熱壓成型機於不同溫度與時間之熱壓後,探討其應用於雷射印表紙列印的效果及物 性變化。由實驗結果顯示,以聚酯╱尼龍纖維混紡比例為60/40、溫度220℃、熱壓2min的條 件下,可以得到最佳之列印效果。
    This article discusses about the laser printer's printing effect and the physical properties of PET/Nylon non-woven. The heat-pressed non-woven papers was made by using mixture of polyester fiber and nylon fiber under the different heat-pressed temperature、finishing time, and the mixing ratio of PET/Nylon. According to the result of this experiment, we can gain an important information that the best treatment condition of 2 minutes, 220℃ and the mixing ratio of PET/Nylon 60/40 can be found.
