本研究係以回收之廢紙為原料,經打成紙漿後,均勻熱壓成纖維板,再利用酚醛樹脂進行含浸加工。藉著改變樹脂添加率來探討纖維板之機械性質、含水率、吸濕性及防火性。結果顯示隨著酚醛添加率的增加,各項機械性質及防水性均會升高,而含水率及吸濕率則會下降。
The research takes the recycled paper as material. According to the process of pulp producing, hot pressing and make the fiberboard. Finally, we use soluble phenolic resin to do dipped process. By changing the rate of the resin, we discuss the mechanical properties absorbubility, and connonation and flammability. The result revealed that when the rate of resin increasing rate, the mechanical properties and flammability of the fiberboard are also increasing. But the absorbubility and connonation of water are decreasing.
