本研究乃利用回收之廢新聞用紙為原料,經由紙漿製造、壓克力樹脂浸漬、及熱壓成板等過程製造成纖維板,並藉由改變壓克力樹脂添加量的改變,探討樣本製造之最佳條件與機械性質。結果顯示,當樹脂濃度愈高時纖維板之靜曲強度、耐壓縮強度、拉伸強度均隨之升高,而吸水率及吸水厚度膨脹率則隨之降低,但在濃度超過20%後卻有緩慢上升的現象。最佳之成型條件應為壓克力樹脂添加量介於15%∼20%之間。
This resaerch takes the recycled newspaper as material and blens with arylic resins. According to the process of pulp producing, deinking, blening with arylic resins, hot pressing and make the fiber board. By changing the percentage of pulp and arylic resins, we discuss the mechanical properties and the best forming conditions. The result indicated that when arylic resins added at about 15∼20 persentage, the fiber board has the best mechanical properties and more stable type. Although every properties has increases when arylic resins increased, but connonation will become much more than twenty percent. So, 15∼20 is the best conditions for manufacturing fiber board blended with arylic resins.
