本研究係選擇不同之導染劑加入色糊中,對細丹尼聚酯織物進行印花加工,其中主要係採不同性質之導染劑,以不同之濃度及固色溫度、時間之條件下處理,並針對織物之物緎及染色堅牢度效果,作一廣泛的探討,由結果顯示:當導染劑濃度及搶色溫度愈高,固色時間愈長,其顏色愈深,且柔軟度亦較佳,而斷裂強度,則隨導染劑濃度及搶色溫度與時間之增加而降低,同時染色堅牢度皆達實用標準以上,因此本文之細丹尼印花工程方式,不但具經濟性及實用性且良好的物性。
The different carriers were used for printing of fine denier polyester fabrics. The effect of carriers in printing passed and concentration and treating temperature and time on deep shade and fastnesses of printing and physical properties of printed fabrics were extensively studied. Basedon experimental results, the deep shade property increased with concentration of carriers and treating temperature and time, the softness of fabrics were also threesome, but the strength of printed fabrics were the reversal results, that made the fabrics obvious decreased, so the processes for printing of fine denier polyester fabrics used carrier additive shad good prospects in industry.
