    Abstract: 本實驗是針對細丹尼聚酯織物以不同比例混合鹼劑經後罩印法和高壓蒸處過程進行鹼防拔染印花,以探討不同之混合鹼對織物拔白性和物性之影響;由實驗結果得知,所使用之混合鹼劑以NaOH/Na□CO□混合鹼,濃度為2%以下,比例75/25時,其拔白效果最佳,不僅可改善單獨使用NaOH易產生暈滲和工程不易控制,且織物之物性亦較使用單鹼為佳及符合經濟效益。
    The fine denier polyester fabric was resisted discharge printed using alkali agents with the wet on dry and HPS process. The effect of mixing ratios of alkali agents on the discharge abilities and physical properties of the fabric used was studied. The results show that excellent whiteness and physical properties of the printed fabric can be obtained as the mixing ratio of NaOH/Na2CO3 75/25 the dosage about 2% used. And the mixing alkali agents used for resist discharge printing can not only decrease bleeding, but also easily control process. The physical properties of the printed fabric is better than those of the fabric printed with only one alkali agent.
