本研究主要係將不同之導染劑及增溶劑添加於染色糊中,並採用高溫蒸處之加工方式,對Nomex短纖織物行深色化印染加工。其中,本實驗主要係改變染色糊內之導染劑和增溶劑的種類及用量,以探討加工後Nomex短纖織物其印染效果及強力與柔軟度和耐光牢度等物性之變化,並作一廣泛且深入之研究。由實驗結果得知,導染劑及增溶劑的添加確實可使Nomex短纖織物達深色化效果,其中,染色糊中所用之導染劑以氯苯具較佳上色效果。另外,所用之增溶劑以甘油之上色效果及物性俱佳,且符合經濟效益。
The effect of carriers and hydrotropic solubilizers on printing Nomex fabrics using HTS process were studied. The physical properties of the fabrics treated with different carriers and hydrotropic solubilizers in pastes were researched. From experimental results, the addition of carriers and hydrotropic solubilizers in the color paste really gives deep shade to Nomex fabrics Printed, especially, if chlorobenzene and glycerol are used as the carrier and hydrotropic solubilizer respective good properties would be obtained.
