本實驗乃針對PET/PP混纖不織布以磷系、鹵素及混合防燃劑;經由壓吸法進行 防燃加工,以探討加工時間、溫度、壓吸率及濃度對於PET/PP 混纖不織布的防燃性及織 物強力的影響,並測其耐久性,同時利用協合效應原理,探討混合防燃劑之最佳加工條件 。由實驗結果得知,以脂環族溴系化合物進行防燃加工,其防燃性最佳;且當熱處理時間 以160℃×60秒,壓吸率130%,防燃劑濃度30%時,加工物可得良好防燃性及加工物性。另 ,磷系和溴系若以1:9之比例相混合,不僅使加工具經濟效應,且不織布之防燃性亦頗為良好。
The effect of various flame retardants and their mixture under different finishing conditions on the flameproof and physical properties of PET/PP nonwoven is investigated in this study. The results exhibit that if the PET/PP nonwoven is treated with only one phosphorus nitride-containing compound under the conditions of 160℃, 60 seconds and a concentration of 30%, excellent flameproof effect and physical properties can be found. A satisfactory flameproof effect appears asthe combination of phosphorus- containing compounds with bromine-containing compounds at the ratio of 1:9 that is an economical and durable flame retardant finishing for the PET/PP nonwoven can be reached due to the syneristic effect.
