本研究主要係將防燃劑添加於不同水性壓克力樹脂中,並改變防燃劑之濃度及水 性壓克力樹脂種類和加工條件,以探討加工時間、溫度、壓吸率及濃度對加工後之聚酯不織 布其防燃性、拉伸強力及耐水洗性等物性之影響。由實驗結果得知,經壓吸流程進行防燃加 工時, 當熱處理時間為 180 ℃× 80 秒、壓吸率 130 ∼ 140 %、硼系防燃劑與樹脂之用 量於 4:2、或磷酸鹽類防燃劑與樹脂用量於 3:2 時, 皆可使聚酯不織布達到良好的防燃性 且物性亦佳。
The influences of different flame retardant and acrylic resins with different mixing ratios and treating conditions on the fiameproof and physical properties of polyester non-woven have been investigated. It's found that the PET nonwoven treated with phosphate flame retardant and acrylic resin by the ratio of 3:2, and borate flame retardant and acrylic resin by the ratio of 4:2 respectively, wouid make this nonwoven possess excellent flameproof effect and physical properties.
