本研究主要係以不同分散染料分別與己二胺、己二酸、己二胺和己二酸混合物罝於石英管內照射後,對其光褪色曲線及褪色速率的變化進行研究。並以不同分散染料對尼龍織物進行浸染後,再針對碳弧光照射之光褪色曲線與褪色速率進行探討。由實驗結果得知,在 D.M.F. 溶劑中,對偶氮分散染料光褪色動力曲線的影響及光褪色速率以添加己二酸及己二胺 > 己二酸 > 己二胺,恩昆分散染料則為添加己二酸及己二胺 > 己二胺 > 己二酸。同時加入己二酸及己二胺二種單體會促使偶氮分散染料形成 E 型褪色動力曲線, 而使恩昆分散染料形成一級褪色動力曲線。偶氮和恩昆分散染料在尼龍織物上與 D.M.F. 溶劑中之褪色動力曲線皆相同。
In this research, to study the difference of photofading curves and photofading rate of different disperse dyes after illuminating different disperse dyes which mixed with Adipic acid and 1,6-Diaminohexan in quartz cells. Dyeing nylon fabric with different disperse dyes, to study photofading curves and photofading rate of nylon fabric after illuminating it. The results indicate that the influence of photofading cures and photofadihg rate of azo disperse dyes is adding Adipic acid and 1, 6-Diaminohexan > Adipic acid > 1,6-Diaminohexan. The influence of photofading cures and photofadihg rate of anthraquinon disperse dyes is adding adipic acid and 1,6-Diaminohexan > 1,6-Diaminohexan > Adipic acid Adding Adipic acid and 1,6-Diaminohexan will make photofading of azo disperse dyes form E types photofading cures and make photofading of anthraquinon disperse dyes form first order photofading cures. Photofading curves on nylon fabric and in D.M.F. of azo disperse dyes or anthraquinon disperse dyes are the same.
