本研究主要係將Nomex織物經不同胺劑進行預處理,並改變預處理溫度、時間及濃度等條件進行加工,然後再行浸染。且針對預處理織物之收縮率、強力、吸水性、柔軟度、防燃性等物性及其染色性變化予以探討; 除此,亦以 SEM 及 DSC、DMA 進行表觀及熱性質之研究。由實驗結果得知,Nomex 織物經不同胺預處理後,其染色性皆呈顯著提升,且當處理液濃度愈高時, 其染色性、吸水性及柔軟度皆明顯改善,其中以 DETA、TETA、EDA 之效果最佳;而防燃性則稍有下降至於織物強力於胺預處理後則呈下降現象。另預處理溫度及時間對 Nomex 織物之染色性及物性等方面並無明顯影響,至於不同胺劑對 Nomex 織物之作用效果其順序為 DETA> TETA> EDA> MEA> DEA。
In this study, the Nomex fabrics were pretreated with different amines under the conditions of different temperature, time and concentration. Then the Nomex fabrics were dyed. The dyeability and physical properties were investigated at the end. (Strength、softness、vertical absorption、shrinkage、k/s、SEM、flame resistance、DMA and DSC analysis). The results indicate that when the Nomex fabrics were pretreated with different amines, the dyeability were improved, and when the concentrations of the amines increase, the dyeability、softness and vertical absorption would be well. Then the results of DETA and TETA would be better, about the strength and flame resistance of Nomex fabrics were decreased after pretreated by amines. But the conditions of different temperature, time did not have effectiveness to the k/S, vertical absorption of Nomex fabrics, and the dyeability is in the order as follows: DETA> TETA> EDA> MEA> DEA.
