本文是採用「中空錠-環錠二階段式紡紗系統」來紡製粗節紗;由實驗結果得知:隨前羅拉線速度與輸出羅拉線速度之比值增加,粗節紗外觀會形成鬆散鋸齒狀,且粗節紗的耐磨次數有下降的趨勢;浮紗牽伸倍數增加,耐磨次數降低;另浮紗喂入量及撚度增加,則會使粗節紗的耐磨次數有提高的趨勢。
A hollow spindle-ring spindle two steps spinning system was used to produce the slub yarns in this study. From the experimental results, we got the following conclusions: The slub yearns became more loose while the ratio of the front roller linearspeed/the delivery roller linear speed increased. There of, the number of abrasion-resistant decreased. The number of abrasion-resistent decreased. The number of abrasion-resistent decreased with the increase of the draw ratio of the effect roving yarn. But, it increased with the increase of the twist of the result yarn and the delivery amount of the effect roving yarn.
