本研究係以傳統編帶機,加以改良機械裝置及採用不同的循環編織條件下,試以玻璃纖維為芯絲及耐隆加工絲為編織絲,製成編織包芯紗。本文之重點在於探討編織包芯紗結構之編織角度對機械性質的影響,以達到最佳包芯條件。由實驗結果得知,編織包芯後,具有較佳拉伸強力、掛拉強力、結節強力、摩擦性質。
The formation of core yarn braid with glass fiber and braid with nylon textured yarns using the modified traditional braiding machine frame under was studied. The mechanical properies of the different circular braid with a stiffen core were studied. The results show that the core yarn braid formed by the new frame has better tensile strength, loop strength, knot strength, frictional properties.
