本研究是以聚酯纖維為原料,開棉後經羅拉式梳棉機梳理。改變工作羅拉針布規格、錫林速度、及隔距等條件,並加靜電於工作羅拉上,研究分析其工作羅拉之梳理效果。由實驗結果得知,在工作羅拉上加裝靜電後,其羅拉上的纖維量明顯變少,梳理效果增強,但是電壓值超過 10kv 時由於電暈放電現象其梳理效果並不隨電壓值增強而增加。
The research is to use polyester fiber as the ingredient, and change the norm of the card-clothing、the speed of the cylinder、and the gauge. Finally static electric is added to the worker to discuss the carding effect of the worker. The research result shows that the amount of fiber on roller has obviously decreased after static electric is added to the worker, which indicates that the carding effect is improved. However, the effect when the voltage is 10kv is not as good as when it is 3kv. It is thus evident that carding effect does not improve as the voltage increases.
