自動化與合理化是目前各種工業共同努力的目標。工程技術上穩定性更是自動化之基礎,以及影響自動化成效之關鍵。本文就滾筒式網版印花現場作業程序之再現性進行定量分析,亦即以印製同心圓線條細度與漸層濃度結果之再現性評估現場作業技術之穩定性。結果顯示在印製同心圓線條細度方面之再現性均佳,而且以越高網目密度,如125目,之網版印製時可印製同心圓線條細度越細。但是,採用155目時會產生有塞版現象,致使印製效果反而降低。在印製漸層濃度方面,印製高濃度之再現性佳,而印製低濃度時再現性較差。另外,印製同心圓與漸層濃度印製結果與黑圖相關性均極佳。
Nowadays, automation and rationalization is an important purpose of each industry to carry out. However, the achievement of automation and rationalization in industry depends on the repeatability of production processes. In this study, both circles and gradation patterns were subseguently reprinted five times on twill cotton fabric using the process of the rotary-screen printing in a textile printing mill. The precision and repeatability in printing the curve fineness of the circles and the dot gain of the gradation patterns were used to evaluate the capability of the patterns to be reproduced by the rotary-screen printing process. The results show that the larger the mesh density of screen is used, the finer the curve of the circles can be printed, with the exception of the screen with 155 mesh due to the mesh blocked. The repeatability of the printing process for the high gradation dot gain is better than that for the low one. The experimental results with good repeatability have excellent correlation with those on film.
