印染加工為介於成衣與紡織織布間之加工製程,可對織物增加美觀及提高附加價 值,而其所能賦予織物之色彩、圖形等變化,更是遠甚於浸染工程,但因圖形轉移的過程複 雜,每階段皆有其專業領域,故要如同浸染工程般以電腦化自動系統控制仍須一翻整合。因 此本實驗小組以分組的方式分別對各階段做記錄觀察,而本文乃是針對圖形之首次轉移,也 就是由電腦內的數據至黑圖之再現性做研究,並設計7種不同角度之16組粗細不同的線條圖 和同心圓以供測試,結果顯示當線寬大於0.1mm時其再現性皆非常好。
Printing is a process which can make fabric look more beautiful, raise its additional value, and give textile more color than dyeing. Mearwhile, several steps are included in the flat screen printing process such as designing patterns on the computer, drawing negative film, preparing flat screen, and so on. The accuracy of each step is extremely important to the final printing results. In this study, therefore, the repeatability of drawing negative film is discussed. The results indicate that the repeatability of drawing negative film is excellent if the fineness of the circular curves and lines drawn is larger than 0.1mm. The drawing results on the negative film have excellent agreement with those on the computer display.
