    Abstract: 本論文採用聚丙烯不織布為基材,配合強化材玻璃纖維蓆製成熱可塑性預浸材之中間材,強化材與基材之重量百分比為70:30,並施以車縫固定強化材玻璃纖維,進而將此中間材積層以熱壓成型法製成複合材料。藉由積層板之力學分析探討成型條件(成型溫度、成型壓力、成型時間)對具有車縫結構之玻璃纖維強化聚丙烯不織布複合材料基材之含浸效果及抗拉性質之影響。實驗結果顯示車縫可改善基材之含浸效果並提昇複合材料之抗拉強度。車縫中間材之最佳成型條件為成型時間10分鐘,成型壓力50kg/cm2,成型溫度210℃。
     In this research, the polypropylene nonwovens, the matrix, and the glass-fiber mat, the reinforced material, were sewed together to produce thermoplastic prepreg. The weight percentage of reinforced material and matrix was 70:30 and the composites were manufactured by high tempera-ture compression molding. Through mechanical analysis of composite, the influence of process conditions on matrix impregnation effect and tensile strength of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene nonwovens composite mate-rials with stitch structure could be found. As a results, the stitch structure improved the impregnation effect of matrix and increased tensile strength of themoplastic composite materials. The best process conditions of thermo-plastic prepreg with stitch structure are: 10min molding times, 50kg/ cm2 molding pressure and 210℃ molding temperature.
