近年來,由於污染問題越來越嚴重,不僅惡化生活環境品質,甚至危害到人類身心健康,在諸多環境污染因子中,根據民意調查結果顯示"噪音"為最嚴重者。因此本研究選用無環境污染之水性酚醛樹酯為基材,椰纖為強化材以製作多孔性複合材料,試圖使音波進入材料中的小隙縫時,在孔中反覆脹縮,使空氣粒子動能轉變為熱能而消失成為具有吸音效果之複合材料。由實驗得知,基重為4.00kg/m2具有最佳之吸音效果,其最高吸音率可達0.583。
The problem of pollutions become more and more serious in the recent years. It not only make the live environment degenerate, but also damage human's health. The conclusion of the pollste appears that the noise is the most serious one among many reasons. Therefore, we use coir fiber as the reinforced, and water soluble phenolic resin as the matrx in this study. A tempt was made to make the sound wave enter into the chinks of the material, and the energy convert to the heat and disappear. The results indicate that the weight at 4.00kg/rn□ have the best effect, and the best sound absorption coefficient is 0.583.
