    Abstract: 本研究係採廢纖維為強化材,以熱可塑性聚丙烯纖維為基材,依強化材和基材之重量百分比70:30,經由開混棉、梳棉及熱壓等工程製成廢纖板,藉著改變成形條件,來探討複合材之合浸效果、機械性質及其最佳成形條件。由實驗結果得知其最佳成形時間4min、成形壓力40kgf/cm□、成形溫度200℃。
    The thermoplastic polypropylene was used as the matrix mixing and carding waste fiber m this study. The weight percentage ratio of combination of the reinforced material and matrix is 70:30. The waste fiber wood was used to form the mixing, carding and hot press sample. The immersion effect, their mechanical properties and the best treatment conditions of the thermoplastic composite material were studied. The results indicate that the best treatment conditions of 10 minutes 40kgf/cm□ and 200℃ can be found.
