    Abstract: 本研究採用廢纖維作為強化材,以熱可塑性纖維作為基材,依強化材和基材之重 量比3:1,經粉碎、攪拌及熱壓等工程製成廢纖板,藉由成型條件的改變,探討複合材之含 浸效果、機械性質及最佳成型條件。實驗結果得知,其最佳成型時間15min、成型溫度 180℃。
    The thermoplastic polypropylene was used as the matrix mixing and coating wasted fiber in this study. The weight percentage ratio of combination of the reinforced material and matrix is 3:1. The waste fiber was used to form the cutting, mixing and hot press sample. The immersion effect, and mechanical properties of samples, and the best treatment condition of the thermoplastic composite material were studied. The results indicate that the best treatment conditions are found, 15 minutes and 180℃.
