本實驗主要探討利用日常生活及工業上的廢棄物加以回收製板,並在不同成型條 件下對音響性質的影響。使用原料為木粒片及聚丙烯纖維廢邊,在固定成型溫度、壓力勺時 間,改變比重及混合比下熱壓製板,觀察何種條件可得合適的複合粒片板。由實驗結果得知 在比重為1、粒片與聚丙烯比例1:1時所得之複合板有最佳的效果。
The objectives of this study are to canvass the acoustic properties of boards made by wastes produced in our daily life and industry in different condition. Wood particle and polypropylene fiber were used as a raw material. We produce boards by heat press machine in the same condition of temperaturem, pressure and time and then change the specific gravity and material proportion of board to find the best making board condition. The results indicate that the best condition can be found that the density is 1 and the proportion of polypropylene to particle is 1:1.
