本研究係以編帶機,混織玻纖/碳纖管狀織物,再予以環氧樹脂加工成複合材料來糢擬製造軸承,藉由改變混織比例、層數及上樹脂加工條件,探討其機械性質和摩耗程度。由實驗結果得知混織比例1:1時,具最佳之機械性質。另外添加15%PTFE固體潤滑劑能有效降低摩擦係數並得到較佳的耐磨機械性質。
This research is to discuss about mechanical property and abrasion with using braiding machine which braided Glass/Carbon tube fabric and reinforced Epoxy resin to imitate a bearing by changing its mixed percentage of Glass/Carbon tube fabric, the layers, and resin conditions. The result shows that the best mechanical property is 1:1 of glass and carbon fiber. Besides, adding 15% PTFE solid lubricants can decrease the friction coefficient and get the best mechanical property at the same time.
