Abstract:	在自由學風的大學生活中，你是否有過看到一個非常不錯地講座或活動，緩緩地看一下日期與時間，卻發現自己已經錯過了，因為資訊獲得的不夠及時而感到懊悔！在校園之中漫步，看見仇人坡的路上坑坑疤疤，卻苦尋不到申訴管道，藉由即時資訊佈達平台來增進學生的便利性，使學生的聲音更加清楚的發聲，得以備更加重視！
