    Abstract: 網路的興起,宅世代的來臨,越來越多人習慣整天待在家裡上網,沒事就到處瀏覽網站,透過網路購買各種商品,因此現在一間公司架設網站是必須的,以屈臣氏來說,架設網站、設置電子型錄,讓許多慣性上網的人也可以藉由這個管道了解最新的商品和促銷活動,再決定是否到店家內去購買新商品。本研究以20歲至30歲的年輕消費者為問卷受試者對象,進行對於屈臣氏電子型錄的了解及影響,問卷結果分析顯示,電子型錄對於消費者來說,還是具有一定的影響力,唯在電子型錄的散佈、傳播及推廣上,還有待加強。
