自我寬容在情感與行為之間扮演著重要的角色,特別是在情感向度不滿足的時候,個體可能會產生積極或逃避的行為,而自我寬容能夠促使個體對於負面情感採取較開放的態度去面對,並且可能產生較積極的行為。在健身運動情境當中參與者時常因為外在以及個體等因素而產生負面情緒,而負面情緒對於參與者是否參與健身運動可能是助力,亦可能也是阻力,自我寬容在當中是否扮演關鍵角色?本文將提出自我寬容的概念即透過有關自我寬容與健身運動相關研究文獻,以了解自我寬容理論模式。最後並藉由自我寬容對於健身運動的影響,期望提供在健身運動領域中的未來研究建議。
Self-compassion plays an important role between affect and behavior; especially when desired affect is not met, individuals may seek approach or evasive behavior to satisfy the needs. Moreover, when in a state of negative affect self-compassion may facilitate individuals' action by adopting open-minded attitude. In exercise settings, participants often experience negative emotions because of external and individual factors. While negative emotion can be a facilitator or debilitator of the exercise behavior so self-compassion may play a key role in in this moment. This article addresses the concepts of self-compassion and theoretical models extending to exercise behavior. Recommendations for future research on exercise and fitness are finally made.
