東漢末年，道教興起，張陵、張魯等人透過《老子想爾注》將道家《老子》思想轉化為道教思想，成為道教萌芽初期重要的思想理論著作。本文試以兩漢氣化論為基礎，探討《老子想爾注》中道教氣論思想理論，與道家、道教思想間的關係。
In the last years of Han Dynasty, the initial stage of Taoism's thought was established. Chong-Ling and Chong-Ru, they wrote 'Lao Zi Xiang Er Zhu', had transformed Tao into Taoism. That is important to build up Taoism's thought. The paper explores the Taoism's Qi's thought in 'Lao Zi Xiang Er Zhu' and the relationship between Tao and Taoism.
