摘要: | 本研究利用吸濕涼感尼龍纖維搭配不同的混紡比例與組織規格,應用在梭織物的變化上。探討不同製備參數下織物的涼感效果。結論顯示,吸濕涼感尼龍纖維比例越高,Q-max 值就越高。在緯紗吸濕涼感尼龍纖維比例達100%時,標準濕度狀態下Q-max 值為0.208 W/cm^2、高濕度狀態下Q-max 值為0.216W/cm^2,且吸濕涼感尼龍比例越高,布樣吸濕後Q-max 值增加的幅度就越高,最高可達0.012 W/cm^2,由此可證實吸濕涼感尼龍的高吸放濕能力,可藉由水氣之揮發將體表熱量帶走。回潮率與吸放濕率部分,吸濕涼感尼龍纖維比例越高,回潮率與吸放濕率就越高,在標準濕度狀態下,緯紗吸濕涼感尼龍比例為100%時,其回潮率值為4.61%;高濕度狀態下,緯紗吸濕涼感尼龍比例為100%時,其回潮率為5.93%、吸濕率為1.32%、放濕率為1.26%。以組織結構來看,平紋因厚度較小,使得密度大內含空氣較少,導致在標準濕度與高濕度狀態下,斜紋Q-max 值皆小於平紋。綜合瞬間涼感與良好的吸放濕率,應以平紋搭配經紗聚酯比例100%緯紗吸濕涼感尼龍比例100%為最佳。
This study used hydrophilic modified fibers with different blending ratio and structure of a fabric applied in the change of woven fabric. To investigate the effect of cool feeling under the different preparation parameters of the fabric. The result shows that the higher ratio of hydrophilic modified nylon fibers, the higher the value of Q-max. When hydrophilic modified weft nylon fibers ratio reached 100%, the value of Q-max under the standard humidity condition is 0.208W/cm^2, the value of Q-max under the high humidity condition is 0.216W/cm^2, and the higher the proportion of hydrophilic modified nylon fibers, the increase of Q-max after clothes absorb moisture is higher, up to 0.012W/cm^2. There by verifiable hydrophilic modified nylon fibers with high moisture absorption and high moisture desorption, by volatilization of the water vapor and body heat away, to achieve the effect of cool. In terms of moisture regain, moisture absorption and moisture desorption, hydrophilic modified nylon fibers ratio is higher, the moisture regain higher, moisture absorption and moisture desorption. When hydrophilic modified weft nylon fibers ratio reached 100%, the moisture regain value is 4.61%; under the high humidity condition, When hydrophilic modified weft nylon fibers ratio reached 100%, the moisture regain is 5.93%, the moisture absorption is 1.32% and moisture desorption is 1.26%.In different structure of a fabric, plain weave is due to has less thickness, the larger density, leading to under the standard humidity and high humidity condition, Q-max values are all less than plain. In terms of moisture regain, moisture absorption and moisture desorption, plain weave and twill data difference between them is not. To comprehensive cool feeling and good moisture absorption and moisture desorption, should be in a plain with a warp ratio of 100% polyester and a weft ratio of 100% hydrophilic modified nylon fibers. |
