| 摘要: | 熱蒸氣在烘乾定型機烘室內運轉及流動，會因烘室內之直角幾何空間，以及熱風不易流動而距離織物較遠的流場，形成無效用的空間，因此可藉由這些無效空間的遮蔽及機構設計的改善。將對烘箱流場空間創新結構做深入探討，探討烘室中不同遮蔽空間規劃之流熱場優化，並經由產官學研共同研究後，評估一可行性方案進行雛形模組打樣，打樣完成後，將於定型機之烘室內進行無效空間之遮蔽實作工程，來驗證其節能效益。另一方面，為增加烘室內之熱風使用效率，將在烘室內上下吹洩風嘴的地方裝設可調動式的逆流引導設計，設計以後氣推前氣模式，讓後段烘室較為乾燥高溫的熱氣逐步往前推至前段烘室，提高烘室內之熱風重疊率。
