本文研究了不同濃度氫氧化鈉溶液對羊毛纖維進行處理,分析顯微鏡觀察其外觀形態,研究結果得知,相同濃度氫氧化鈉溶液浸泡處理羊毛纖維後,其直徑膨脹率隨時間呈先迅速增加,然後逐漸緩慢增加直至平衡的變化趨勢;同時纖維直徑膨脹率隨處理液濃度的增加呈線性增加趨勢;對氫氧化鈉溶液處理過的羊毛纖維進行酸鹼中和,發現羊毛纖維直徑收縮並接近於乾態羊毛直徑值,這些數據爲將羊毛加工成超細粉體與縲縈粘膠原液共混紡絲提供理論依據。
In this paper, the wool fibers were treated by different concentration sodium hydroxide. It can be seen from experiments results that the diameter of wool increased with the increasing of treatment time but the diameter treaded to be stable after a certain time. The diameter of wool increased linear with the increasing concentration of sodium hydroxide. At the same time, the diameter of treated wool fiber with NaOH solution shrinkaged and closed to dry wool diameter by acid neutralization. These experiment data will provide a theoretical basis for the processing of wool fibers.
