摘要: | 聚氨酯(簡稱PU),主鏈中含有氨基甲酸酯單元之高分子。此類高分子材料廣泛用於黏合劑和各種塑料泡棉。本實驗即是將發泡劑和固化劑以1:1之等比例混合,並將其分成兩部份分別添加空心微珠和蛭石各0、1、3、5 wt%之比例製得各比例添加物之PU發泡板材。進而對板材進行衝擊、頂破、回彈、實體表觀測試。測試發現,在吸收衝擊方面相較於添加了空心微珠之樣本,添加蛭石的發泡材樣本有較好的緩衝性能,在頂破方面之最大強力亦然,但差異不大,而回彈性能方面添加了空心微珠的樣本顯然比添加蛭石來得佳,因此由實驗可知添加料會增強PU發泡材結構之緩衝性質,且添加蛭石比空心微珠有更好的提升效果。
Polyurethane (PU) foam, the urethane polymer contains units of the main chain. Such polymer materials are widely used in adhesives and a variety of plastic foam. In this study, that is, the blowing agent and a curing agent in a 1: 1 mixing ratio of, and divided into two parts, respectively, the addition ratio of the respective 0,1,3,5 wt% of vermiculite and hollow microspheres obtained by each PU foam proportion of additives. Impact on the plate were then, bursting, rebound, and the apparent physical tests. Discover the test, in terms of absorbing the impact of adding the sample compared to the cenospheres, add vermiculite foam buffer material samples have better performance, in terms of the maximum bursting strength and vice versa, but the difference is not big, but back elastic energy aspects of added sample cenospheres apparently more than adding vermiculite good, so we can see from the experiment of adding material structure will enhance the PU foam buffer material properties, and add vermiculite better results than cenospheres upgrade. |
