    Abstract: 在染整領域中,超臨界CO_2 染色是一種環保的染色方法,本研究使用藍色分散性染料於超臨界CO_2 中以不同壓力、溫度和時間進行染色,並比較其均染性和上色率,從染色的結果得知,超臨界CO_2 染色壓力要在3000 psi 以上才具有良好的均染性,時間必須在1800 秒以上才會得到較好的均染性,溫度在120℃ 具有最高的上色率。在進行探討同樣染色條件下,不同染料對聚酯纖維染色的結果得知,Blue 3 染料在超臨界CO_2 染色下具有較佳的一次相對上染率。從染色堅牢度的結果得知,各染色布樣的各種染色堅牢度均可達到4 級以上。
    In the field of dyeing and finishing, supercritical CO_2 dyeing is an environmentally friendly dyeing method. In this study we use the blue disperse dye in supercritical CO_2 dyeing at different pressures, temperatures and time and compare its levelness and color yield. From the results of that dyeing, the pressured at 3000 psi or more of supercritical CO_2 dyeing to only have good levelness, the time must be 1800 seconds or more will get a better levelness, and the temperature at 120℃ will get the highest color yield. Discussion the result during the same dyeing conditions, different dyes for dyeing polyester fibers, the dye Blue 3 in supercritical CO_2 dyeing having a relatively better dye uptake. From the results of that color fastness, all of the color fastness of dyeing samples can reach level 4 or above.
