    Title: pH值對聚醯胺纖維染色影響之研究
    The Dyeing Effect of Polyamide on pH Value

    Abstract: 針對聚醯胺纖維染色大部份僅考量部份可控因子(昇溫曲線&染料類別),因此忽略了pH值對聚醯胺纖維染色的影響性。在染程中亦無法合理計算及有效控制,染色變數也只能採取染料類別或染料對溫度之依存性作為染色配方作業原則。因此本文試驗不同pH值進行分析探討特性及效果。試驗證明聚醯胺纖維紡織品染色,必須藉由穩定pH值,才可達到染色效果之目標,由試驗分析數值得知,染液pH值4.5為本試驗最佳化的上色率。試驗結果得知:1.藉由試驗分析數值得知:pH值4.0最高上色率達90.8%,pH值5.0最高上色率達53.7%,二者上色率差,並且染料相容性不佳。2.pH值4.5最高上色率96.0%,色率最高,染料相容性一致。3.聚醯胺纖維染色過程中除了溫度、時間、藥劑用量等會影響染色品質外,pH值控制染液中的酸性離子,離子鍵的強弱則可因pH值而改變,所以酸性數值調控得宜,聚醯胺纖維和染料結合的愈多、愈強、愈容易上色,相對的上色率愈高,染料殘餘少。
    For polyamide fiber dyeing majority consider only part of the controllable factors (heating curve & dye categories). Therefore, we ignore the pH value of the impact that polyamide fiber dyeing. Also not reasonable to calculate and effectively controlled in the dye process, the variables dyeing which only can take dye categories or the temperature dependence of dyes as a principle of dye formulations operation. In the study will discuss the characteristics and effects by experiment different pH value. The results show that to achieve the goal of polyamide fiber textile dyeing effect must be stabilized pH value. The experimental results show that: 1. According to the tests, the highest degree of dyeing at pH value 4.0 is 96.0%, and the highest degree of dyeing at pH value 5.0 is 53.7%. Between the dyes, the degree of dyeing is poor and the compatibility of dyes is also poor. 2. At pH value 4.5, the degree of dyeing is 96.0%. It is the highest value, and the compatibility of dyes is consistent. 3. In the dyeing process of polyamide, dyeing effect will be affected by pH value. The ion bond strength of dye is controlled by pH value so we can control the pH value to make higher degree of dyeing.
