由於國內之水性聚氨基甲酸酯樹脂(WPU)使用泡沫塗佈染整加工後的成衣布料的耐水性與手感缺乏,因此本研究使用泡沫塗佈方法,開發具手感柔軟豐厚、防水透濕、防風、高反撥彈性等性能的生物可分解WPU(BWPU)耐水性泡沫塗佈織物與製程。研究結果顯示針對於不同纖維織物材料開發的三種親疏性差異化的生物可分解WPU,可適用於泡沫樹脂塗佈整理加工,並可提高整理加工後織物的耐水洗性。
Garment dyeing for water-bone polyurethane (WPU) foam-coated cloths now lack of water resistance, so the foam-coated fabrics and its process used the biodegradable WPU (BWPU) resins are carried out in the project to improve the water resistance of garment fabrics. Moreover, the water resistance of fabrics, which carried on the foam-coating process by biodegradable WPU resins, have the characteristics including soft and rich, waterproof, breathable, windproof and high rebound resilience. Three types biodegradable WPU are considered for the hydrophilic and hydrophobic fibers of the fabrics. The results of testing showed that the BWPU resins are suit for various fabrics on the foam-coating process and can improve the water resistance and softness on the foam-coated fabrics.
