    Title: 改變煅燒溫度及前驅體比例對奈米氧化鋯纖維物性影響之研究

    Abstract: 本實驗利用靜電紡絲法製備ZrOCl_2/PAN 複合奈米纖維,選用電壓16 kV、距離10 cm、流量:0.5 mL/hr、電紡時間15 hr、滾筒速度40 rpm ,再進行700、800、900、1000℃燒結處理,以得到不同結構之ZrO_2 奈米陶瓷纖維材料。運用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)進行纖維外觀分析,以及研究ZrOCl_2/PAN 複合奈米纖維的熱性能和燒結處理過程,並由X-射線粉末繞射(XRD)驗證了ZrO_2 奈米陶瓷纖維的生成。由實驗結果得知,所製備的ZrOCl_2/PAN 複合奈米纖維外觀良好,燒結處理後得到單斜晶型和四方晶型混合體系的ZrO_2 奈米纖維,且和商業用ZrO_2 比較,30% ZrOCl_2/PAN 奈米陶瓷纖維更具有散熱能力。
    ZrOCl_2/PAN composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning, through 700、800、900、1000℃ calcinations ZrO_2 ceramic nanofibers was fabricated. X-ray diffractometry (XRD) proved that ZrO_2 ceramic nanofibers generated. The microstructure of ZrOCl_2/PAN composite nanofibers were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The study has showed that: The morphology and formation of ZrOCl_2/PAN composite nanofibers, ZrO_2 ceramic nanofibers of the monoclinic phase was mixed with tetragonal phase was fabricated. To compare commerce ZrO_2 the 30%ZrOCl_2/PAN ceramic nanofibers have heat radiation.
