    Abstract: 本文探討採用介面聚合的方法,以甲苯-2,4-二異氰酸酯(TDI)為反應單體製備的TDI三聚體為單體,1,4-丁二醇為擴鏈劑,非離子表面活性劑OP-10及苯乙烯-co-馬來酸酐聚合物(SAM)為複配乳化劑,製備了以茶樹油(TTO)為芯材、聚氨酯為壁材的香精微膠囊,並研究了添加香精微膠囊的固含量對粘膠纖維長絲紡絲可紡性的影響。場發射掃描電鏡(SEM)、投射電鏡(TEM)、熱失重分析(TG)等實驗結果表明,以乙酸丁酯為溶劑所製備的TDI三聚體,其芯壁比小於5/6時,所製備的TTO香精微膠囊表面光滑,粒徑分佈範圍為0.2-3 μm,起始失重溫度(T_(0.05))為110°C左右,當添加微膠囊的固含量不超過10 wt%時,粘膠纖維長絲具有優良的可紡性。製備的纖維具有濃鬱的茶樹油香味。
    Polyurethane microcapsules containing tea tree oil (TTO) have been prepared using an interfacial polymerization with toluene diisocyanate (TDI) trimer as reaction monomers, 1,4- butylene glycol as chain extender, and with nonionic surfactant OP-10 and styrene maleic anhydride polymer (SAM) as co-emulsifier. Effect of the spinnability of viscose filament on the solid content of microcapsule has been studied too. Furthermore, the surface morphologies and thermal stabilities of microencapsulated TTO and viscose filament were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG), respectively. The results showed that prepared TTO microcapsules have smooth surface, the particle size distribution is about 0.2-3μm when the ratio of core to wall is less than 5/6. The initial decomposition temperature (T0.05) of microcapsules is about 110 °C. When the solid content of added microcapsules to viscose filament is no more than 10 wt%, the viscose filament has good spinnability.
