摘要:	本研究之目的為探討腿部穿著壓力褲對於跑步時的運動表現和舒適性之影響。受試者招募為平時有有氧運動習慣之男性；4位受測者年齡在22~27歲之間，VO_2Max平均為45±4(ml．kg^(-1)．Min^(-1))。受試者穿著無壓力褲(CO)和高壓力褲(CT)以最大攝氧量(VO_2Max)測試並篩選受測者。再以目標攝氧量60%進行40分鐘跑步實驗。使用運動心肺系統，採用每次呼吸測量法(一口氣法)，對呼吸過程中氣體的流量、O_2濃度、CO_2濃度、心臟參數等參數進行資料的蒐集。本研究以代謝當量(METs)表示運動的能力。跑步過程中評估服裝體感溫濕度與舒適性。實驗結果穿著高壓力的壓力褲在中運動強度(60% VO_2)運動表現沒有幫助，整體體感舒適性運動中較為舒適。 The study aims to the athletic performance of running exercise with different pressure levels of compression tights. The subjects be enrolled in this study were males with aerobic exercise habit in normal time, and screened with VO2 Max testing. Four subjects in this study aged from 22 to 27, the average VO_2 Max are were 45±4(ml．kg^(-1)．Min^(-1)). In main testing procedure, the subjects who wear regular and compression tights respectively, and running with 60% exercise intensity of VO_2 Max in 40 minutes. During the running exercise, the data of breathing air volume, O_2 concentration, CO_2 concentration, heart beats were collected by cardiopulmonary function system. In this study, METs were adopted to indicate the athletic performance; moreover, the evaluation of clothing comfort with body sensible temperature and humidity were performed. The results show that wearing compression tights with 60% exercise intensity of VO_2 Max which improve the athletic performance has not be proved. However, the performance in clothing comfort is better than the control group.
