In this study, the hollow tubular TiO_2 materials were prepared by atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique and subsequent aerobic sintering with wool fabrics as templates. Combined the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence studies of wool fabric treated by ALD demonstrated the uniform and conformal titania coatings were deposited onto wool fabric. The SEM and X-ray energy dispersive results of calcined wool fabric showed the morphology of wool fiber was replicated accurately by the hollow fiber and the composition of hollow fiber was anatase TiO_2.
